Milly studied BA (Hons) Football Business and Finance at UCFB Wembley before starting at Callidus in September 2020 as a Compliance Analyst, the start of her career within the insurance industry and the City. Milly has progressed within the company, completing the first step in CII certification and is continuing her studies to gain a better understanding of the insurance sector.

​As the TOBA Team Leader, Milly is responsible for overseeing the TOBA Management Team while liaising with clients and their requests through the UK and International due diligence processes, continued monitoring of existing data, and delivering client reports.
