After graduating from Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Science in Design Ergonomics, Holly joined Callidus in July 2018 as part of the Support Team. In 2019, she transitioned into the world of TOBAs, assisting clients with due diligence requests and liaising with Brokers and Insurers regarding changes to agreements, collating of KYC packs and organising bespoke data analysis as part of client reporting. She led the TOBA Management Team for two years alongside assisting with Company Secretarial work and Client Risk Assessments where required.

Since 2018, she has also facilitated Callidus's logo redesign, refreshed and re-launched the Callidus company website, produced of marketing materials for the Dubai World Insurance Congress (DWIC) when Callidus attended and assisted IT with developing internal and external data systems.

From July 2024, Holly began a more marketing-centric role, assisting the Group CEO with creating various presentation and reporting documents for use across the business, as well as utilising her design expertise to assist with the cohesion of both companies as they continue to succeed and grow.

She continues to support each business area within Callidus, assisting and coordinating with internal projects and client requests, including IT changes to the Callidus Management System and Accomplysh Portals, as well as maintaining the Callidus website day-to-day.
